is a privately owned South African construction company that was established in 2001, situated in the picturesque seaside town of Gordon’s Bay in the Western Cape.

Contrary to popular belief, construction is far from being purely a single activity, and should rather be considered as human multitasking. The construction process, in essence, consists of building or assembling residential, commercial or industrial infrastructure. The construction process is usually overseen by a project manager and supervised by a team of professionals which include construction managers, design engineers, architects, civil engineers and so forth.

Since its establishment, Dolphin Construction specializes in residential construction and commercial construction, which includes the construction and civil works of residential housing accommodation, shopping centres and other retail complexes

Dolphin Construction has shown significant growth from 2001, and therefore we are expanding our operations throughout Africa and Southern Africa in particular.

• The Master Builders Association (MBA) ; Dynamic leaders committed to quality and excellence through service to the industry, promoting ethical business practice, excellence of work and more.

• The National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) Established to protect the interest of housing consumers and to regulate the home building industry, no company can legally enter into the construction of a residential dwelling / development without this accreditation. Bond institutions will not enter into agreements or pay out bonds for projects unless the project contractor is registered, and the project itself is enrolled with, the NHBRC.

• The Building Industry Bargaining Council (BIBC) Established to offer a forum to negotiate a collective agreement between employer and employee representative organizations on an annual basis and to administer the collective agreement entered into between employer and employee representative bodies in the building industry.

• The company is also registered at SEESA Ltd which is an employer’s organisation which provides a wide spectrum of general services to employers.
